How can I receive a catalogue?
To download a PDF of our latest catalogue please click on the catalogue request buttons that are throughout our website. Or alternatively please call us on 0207 370 2889 and we can send you a hard copy.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded service. You should receieve the order within 2 days of posing.
How do I know that my order has been received?
Upon reciept of your order we will send an email confirmation to the email address provided. Please keep this email, it will contain your order reference number which you may need at a later date.
Can orders be delivered to a different address to my own?
This is possible when you fill in an order form please fill in both billing address and delivery address. To confirm these details you may phone us on 0207 370 2889
Can orders be placed from outside the UK?
Orders can be placed from outside the UK and in the normal way with billing and delivery address.
